Our Team

Following a catastrophic natural disaster which shocked our entire region, Ryan and Jeremy began building the concept for Local Roots WNC, aimed to provide accessible gourmet meals which serve the community from a two-fold approach:

~By utilizing fresh products from local farms across Western North Carolina in their culinary creations, Local Roots WNC actively maintains the farm-to-fork cycle, providing community support to local farmers, bakeries and more.

~When Local Roots WNC saw the immediate need for clean, hearty and delicious meals across their communities following Hurricane Helene, they responded in a mobile and purposeful way, building a state-of-the-art food trailer which serves to connect local farms with local patrons, no matter their accessibility to brick & mortar locations.
